Rental karts have a simple, spartan design, stripped of unnecessary equipment, and offer a completely different driving experience than passenger cars. Their
greatest appeal is undoubtedly the direct feel of operation . The low hip point and viewpoint, the strong kickback of the steering, and the unique vibrations all contribute to an extraordinary driving experience.

You don't have to aim to become a champion in the race. Just racing around the course is refreshing and will put a smile on your face.

*A separate insurance fee of 300 yen per day is required (no need for the second trip on the same day or later)
*You can drive during any available time in the sports driving slots (reservations not accepted, first come first served)

Requirements for Rental Kart Driving Application

To participate in rental kart driving at our circuit, please prepare the following items at the time of application:

Membership Card
A valid membership card for our circuit is required.
Driver’s License
A valid driver’s license is required only at the time of initial membership registration.
Alternatively, an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the Geneva Convention (within its valid period) is also accepted.
Written Pledge / Agreement Form
All participants must submit a signed agreement form confirming compliance with rules and safety regulations.

For those without a driver’s license:
You can still participate by obtaining a JAF Go-Kart License at our facility.

All three items listed above are required to complete your application.

Steps to Running

Membership registration (membership fee 3,000 yen / no annual fee)
Creating a pledge
Purchase a race ticket (present your membership card or driver's license)
Safety briefing (first session will consist of about 5 familiarization laps)
Start of the run

Required equipment

Long sleeves and long pants
helmet
Face mask (inner cap acceptable)
Gloves
*Helmets, gloves, and inner caps are available for free rental
*Face masks are provided free of charge or available for sale

Precautions

Face masks are required when using rental helmets
Please check the course schedule before coming.
Lap times are printed after each lap

The point card is now an app.

At Neo Speed Park, the point card will be replaced with a smartphone app starting October 1, 2023. When you visit, you can register for the app using the QR code installed at the reception desk, and manage and use your points.

How to earn and use points

・1 point will be awarded for each visit (even if you visit twice in one day, you will only receive 1 point)

・Points have no expiration date! You can use them anytime.

・Get 15 points to receive a free 6-minute driving ticket!

・Free driving tickets are valid for 3 months

You will need to install the app and register your name, phone number, etc. the first time you use the service, but the system is easy to use.
